It may be hard to look past the stunning projection screen and design of this multi-use, CEDIA award-winning theater in Johannesbourg, South Africa, but behind the scenes, Kordz cabling plays an important supporting role. Cast in the project by the integration team at BNC Technology, the Kordz PRS3 Series Active Optical HDMI cable and R.3 Series Passive HDMI cable were chosen for their high performance—exactly what the family requested for their entertainment space. Equally crucial to the impressive end result was the installation flexibility of the Kordz cable. With a tight 13-week deadline to complete the project, the faster and more confidently the cabling could be installed, the better. Kordz delivered, streamlining the process and helping create a home theater “fit for a king,” just in time for Christmas.
